• Review volunteer applications and conduct initial screenings • Coordinate onboarding for new editors, reviewers, and staff • Maintain volunteer directories and internal communication channels • Support team engagement and volunteer recognition initiatives
• Age 15+ • Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work constructively with volunteers from diverse backgrounds
• Previous leadership or management experience in student clubs • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace • Interest in human resources, management, or organizational psychology
