Authors submitting work to GYSJ represent and warrant that:

They are the original creators of the submitted work or possess all necessary rights.
The work does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
The information provided during submission is accurate.
The work does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, or continued availability.

4. Editorial Independence & Review Tracks

All editorial decisions are made at the sole discretion of GYSJ's editorial team and peer review boards.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject submissions based on merit, methodology, and ethical compliance.
Request revisions or additional data.
Withdraw published content for academic misconduct.
Correct errors or issue corrigenda.
Investigate ethical concerns.

Editorial decisions are final unless otherwise stated.

Review Tracks & Integrity Policy: GYSJ offers standard peer-reviewed publication completely free ($0 APC). Authors requiring expedited handling may elect our optional Fast-Track Review service. Electing Fast-Track handling or providing voluntary contributions strictly governs review scheduling and administrative coordination under our published Service Level Agreement (SLA). Under no circumstances does Fast-Track status guarantee acceptance, reduce peer review rigor, or alter academic standards. Acceptance is determined solely by objective scholarly evaluation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all website content, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and published materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Authors retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting content, authors grant GYSJ a non-exclusive right to review, edit, publish, distribute, archive, and display submitted materials in connection with journal operations.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Submit false or misleading information.
